Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for high-impact projects
- Resource allocation and budget management with P&L responsibility
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies for 15+ member teams
- Performance tracking using Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Vendor management and third-party integration oversight
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech focus
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing $500K+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and waterfall hybrid approaches
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level stakeholder engagement
- Experience with enterprise-scale cloud migrations preferred
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field
