Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Manage stakeholder communications across technical and non-technical teams
- Track project budgets, resources, and timelines using Jira and Asana
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Drive continuous process improvements for project delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
