The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of complex corporate projects. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring that our business objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high performance and innovation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Facilitate key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables adhere to quality standards and organizational compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management within the corporate or technology sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 is strongly desired.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
