- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the BA representative
- Validate solution delivery through UAT and quality assurance protocols
- Generate actionable insights through data visualization and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments with JIRA experience
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
