Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements for software development and system implementations.
- Process Modeling: Design and maintain comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between current business processes and future state goals to recommend improvements.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure project milestones are met.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality functional specifications, user manuals, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
