Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX) across 3 time zones during night shift hours
- Execute risk mitigation strategies and budget management for $1M+ portfolios
- Stakeholder communication via daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and executive dashboards
- Drive process improvements using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project Suite
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols for sensitive client data
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct post-mortem analyses for continuous optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT project management with 2+ years in night shift or rotational schedules
- PMP or CSM certification required; MBA preferred
- Proven expertise scaling agile teams in distributed environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Asana
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for high-pressure deadlines
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource allocation for $500K+ projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making background
- Ability to thrive in asynchronous communication workflows
