Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary market research and data collection to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Assist in documenting business requirements and creating detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing) to define process improvements.
- Support the creation of user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical thinking with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex concepts into simple terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn new data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
