Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
