Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.
- Perform basic data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making.
- Support the creation of process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into simple documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies.
