As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support our business units in identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify trends and patterns.
- Support the creation of process maps, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and take detailed minutes.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to the project manager.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure accurate solution implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated (0-2 years of experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
