Responsibilities
- Lead Night Operations: Direct and coordinate all project activities, deliverables, and milestones during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime for critical systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for remote teams and morning shifts, providing detailed status updates and risk assessments.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to handle after-hours incidents, deployments, and maintenance windows.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or technical issues arising during night operations and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Apex Horizon's high standards for accuracy and compliance before morning handover.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a preference for IT, Software Development, or Technical Operations.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of articulating complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure.
