Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Create and maintain detailed User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
