Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization strategies
- Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements using agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes for development teams
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to align business needs with technical solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate UAT sessions and ensure seamless implementation of system changes
- Produce executive-ready reports translating data insights into actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirement elicitation
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and requirement management systems
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
