Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate business requirements and process improvements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights through executive dashboards and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with weekend shift or non-traditional schedule
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA/Confluence experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis designation
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation and process optimization in SaaS/tech environments
