Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
- Execute project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage $500K+ budgets with precise resource allocation
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across C-suite levels
- Implement Jira/Asana for real-time progress tracking
- Conduct post-project reviews and process optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with IT focus
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success with daily pay/contract structures
- Expertise in MS Project, Trello, and Smartsheet
- Strong Nashville metro network preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent
- Experience with healthcare or fintech clients
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
