Responsibilities
- Gather & Document Requirements: Assist in gathering detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Participate in process mapping and re-engineering initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals.
- Documentation: Create and maintain user stories, process diagrams, and system documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation of regular performance reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small groups.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Proficiency: Eagerness to learn new business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desired.
