Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts using Visio or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project milestones.
- Support the execution of data-driven projects and process optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
