Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements using standard methodologies.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical staff.
- Support the creation of process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project status and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into understandable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
