Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA specialists
- Track project progress using Jira and Asana; provide regular status reports
- Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining quality standards and budget constraints
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups
- Ensure seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document project artifacts including requirements, specifications, and post-mortems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with remote team coordination and daily stand-ups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
