Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and user story creation.
- Conduct basic data analysis and create reports using Excel, SQL, or visualization tools.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in business processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Support the continuous improvement of existing business processes through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of database concepts or SQL is a plus but not required.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Phoenix metro area.
