- Facilitate solution testing and implementation support
- Translate technical concepts into actionable business recommendations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for existing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
