Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership
- Ensure data integrity across systems while adhering to compliance standards
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements
- Track KPIs and metrics to measure business outcomes and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements and creating process flows
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in weekend schedule
- Knowledge of government contracting processes a plus
