Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute complex IT infrastructure projects during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and QA specialists
- Implement and monitor agile/scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across global teams
- Drive continuous improvement processes for night shift operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift or remote teams
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K
