Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Facilitate requirements workshops with technical and non-technical teams
- Validate solutions against business objectives and KPIs
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs and SRS
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
