Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Create and present data visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization strategies
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Assist in creating comprehensive project documentation and status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or relevant internship
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
