Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for enterprise projects
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive stakeholder communication
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Manage project budgets exceeding $500K
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Implement process improvements using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of project management experience in tech
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in scaling Agile methodologies for enterprise projects
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in project metrics
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
