Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
