Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) for software development projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including Gantt charts, risk registers, and status reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure alignment
- Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices in project management
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience with IT/digital transformation projects
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expert proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget constraints
