Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and requirements elicitation
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
