- Drive process improvements and implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and output.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing talent within the program management team.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and budget adherence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a related corporate leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale, high-stakes projects.
- Strong technical background with the ability to converse fluently with engineering and development teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven focus on high-level stakeholder management.
