Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality assurance
- Report progress to executive leadership using KPI dashboards
- Coordinate with 10+ cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with cloud migration or digital transformation projects
