Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align on project deliverables
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of reporting outputs
- Support UAT cycles and provide training for end-users on new systems/processes
- Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with data modeling and process mapping
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement elicitation techniques and documentation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity preferred
- Valid Virginia driver's license for occasional client site visits
