Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and requirements specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Validate solutions through testing and user acceptance criteria
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract/temporary roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of delivering daily results in fast-paced environments
