Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements using UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and objectives
- Validate system changes through UAT and regression testing
- Maintain traceability matrices for requirements and deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in IT or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
