This flexible 20-25 hour/week role offers remote options with occasional in-person collaboration in our downtown Tucson office. Help us optimize processes, drive data-driven decisions, and deliver impactful solutions for our growing tech clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Track KPIs and present findings to leadership
- Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in healthcare or fintech preferred
