- Support implementation of new systems and process improvements through testing and validation
- Maintain and improve data models to ensure accuracy and relevance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
