Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Develop detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with technical solutions
- Create test cases and validate system functionality against requirements
- Generate performance metrics dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Document requirements in JIRA and maintain traceability matrices
- Support UAT cycles and provide post-implementation analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM, PSM preferred)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/SYSML
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare or logistics industries preferred
