Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support to corporate employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage and resolve IT help desk tickets efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and patch management during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Monitor system health, network performance, and security alerts to ensure business continuity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service environments.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
