Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for fintech products
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed data models, process flows, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure product performance and ROI
- Maintain traceability matrices between requirements, test cases, and deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within tech or fintech industries
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and wireframing (Axure)
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
