Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data dictionaries
- Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Strong background in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis and business transformation projects
