Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and processes.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and future state goals.
- Design and maintain comprehensive flowcharts, process maps, and use case documentation.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure accurate solution implementation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Create and present clear, actionable reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
