- Facilitate workshops and gather user feedback for system improvements
- Validate data integrity and recommend process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in FinTech or banking
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
