Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and functional specifications.
- Design and document detailed process flows, user stories, and system requirements using UML and flowcharts.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements in software solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate key milestones, risks, and deliverables to project sponsors.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM Rational DOORS.
