Your Role
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing process flows, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your insights will directly influence our product roadmap and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Process Flow diagrams.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for operational optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical engineering teams and business units to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Validate system functionality through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect tracking.
- Identify and assess continuous improvement opportunities within existing business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in Scrum.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
