Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Design and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions to ensure project scope alignment.
- Create detailed documentation including User Stories, Process Flows, and Test Plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure software releases meet business standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the technology or software industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
