Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions
- Track KPIs and measure the impact of implemented changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions
