As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements that directly impact our bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to uncover trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain business process models and flowcharts using Visio or similar tools.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure project success.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, requirements traceability matrices, and testing plans.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
