Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Create data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and JIRA backlog grooming
- Validate solutions through UAT and QA collaboration
- Produce executive dashboards and KPI reports
- Document SOPs and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years as Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and data modeling
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Experience with healthcare or fintech industries a plus
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
