Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for complex projects.
- Design and maintain detailed business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for the engineering and product teams.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders and project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role within the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
