Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify business needs, processes, and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows (UML), and wireframes using industry-standard tools like JIRA and Visio.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of requirement gathering tools and project management software (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
